COMMENCEMENT OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR THE SUBSTANTIVE AMENDMENT APPLICATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION FOR THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ON FARM NO. 168/32 AND A PORTION OF FARM 168/33, DURBANVILLE

On behalf of the Applicant, Pinetop Estates (Pty) Ltd, this email serves as submission in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), for the Substantive Amendment Application to the Amended Environmental Authorisation for the industrial development on Farm 168/32 and a portion of farm 168/33, Durbanville. This notice also serves to inform the public that the Revised Draft Substantive amendment Report (SAR), including an updated Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for comment from 26 May 2026 - 26 June 2026.
