PROPOSED AMENDMENT APPLICATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION FOR THE OIL AND GAS SERVICE COMPLEX AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE SALDANHA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE, SALDANHA BAY, WESTERN CAPE.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), that an application for the amendment of the Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the Oil and Gas Service Complex and Associated Infrastructure for the Saldanha Industrial Development Zone (IDZ) has been submitted. The project is situated on Portions 4, 9, 12, 15, and 16 of Farm No. 197, Portion 1, and Remainder of Farm No. 1139, Farm No. 11943, and Remainder of Farm No. 11945 in Saldanha Bay.

Additionally, this notice serves to inform the public that a Draft Amendment Report is available for review and comment.
