Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), of the Environmental Authorisation (EA) Application for the proposed mixed-use development on Erven 23974, 23973, 21750 and 1682, Bellville. This notice also serves to inform the public that the Revised Draft Basic Assessment Report (BAR), including an Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for comment.
