On behalf of the Applicant, JUWI Renewable Energies (Pty) Ltd., notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as amended (NEMA), the 2014 Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, as amended, as well as the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998), as amended, of an application for Environmental Authorisation for the proposed large-scale Carpe Diem South Solar Photovoltaic Plant (SPP) with associated infrastructure, situated on Portion 27 of Farm Doornfontein No. 118 IQ, within the Merafong City Local Municipality, Gauteng.

OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE/ INVITATION TO COMMENT:

Members of the public are hereby invited to register as interested and/or affected parties (I&APs) and/or to submit written comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report (DEIAR) and associated documents, to Legacy Environmental Management Consulting, on or before 25 July 2025 at the contact details below.
