PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS FOR THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE PERIMETER FENCE AT THE TYGERBERG CAMPUS LOCATED ON ERF 24602, BELLVILLE

Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), as amended (NEMA), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations of 2014, as amended, of an Application for Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the proposed extension of the perimeter fence at the Tygerberg Campus located on Erf 24602, Bellville.
This notice also serves to inform the public that the Draft Basic Assessment Report (BAR), including an Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for review and comment for a minimum of 30 days, until 14 April 2025.
