Notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, No 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), of an intended Application for Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the proposed development of a bulk sewer pipeline on Erf No. 23324, Portion 60, Portion 64 and Portion 15 of Farm Haasendal No. 222, Kuils River. This notice also serves to inform the public that the Draft Basic Assessment Report (BAR), including an Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for comment until Monday, 18 May 2026.
