On behalf of the Applicant, Le Parc Residential Estate (Pty) Ltd, notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), for the Substantive Amendment Application to the Amended Environmental Authorisation for the Le Parc Residential Development, on unregistered Erf No. 42536, Paarl. This notice also serves to inform the public that the Draft Substantive amendment Report (SAR), including an updated Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for comment from from 28 August 2025 – 29 September 2025.
