On behalf of the Applicant, Le Parc Residential Estate (Pty) Ltd, notice is hereby given in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, Act 107 of 1998 ('NEMA') (as amended), and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 (as amended), for the Substantive Amendment Application to the Amended Environmental Authorisation for the Le Parc Residential Development, Erf No. 35936, excluding Portion A of Erf No. 40201 (Erf No, 41866), Paarl. This notice also serves to inform the public that the Revised Draft Substantive Amendment Report (SAR), including an updated Environmental Management Programme (EMPr), is available for comment from 05 January 2026 - 04 February 2026.
