D'Almeida LFS Closure and Rehabilitation Application

Notice is hereby given to Interested and/or Affected Parties (I&APs) that the Waste Management Licence Application and Draft Basic Assessment Report including supporting information will be available for review and comment from Friday, 07 July 2023 to Tuesday, 08 August 2023. I&APs are requested to submit comments in writing via email, fax, SMS, or WhatsApp on or before 08 August 2023 to the Legacy EMC Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) as indicated.

Note: in registering/commenting as an I&AP, you consent to the processing of your personal information as contemplated in the Protection of Personal Information Act (4 of 2013) (POPIA) by the EAP.
