Buisplaas WDF Surrender App

Notice is hereby given to Interested and/or Affected Parties (I&APs) of the Closure Waste Management Licence (WML) surrender application for the Buisplaas Waste Disposal Facility (WDF), situated on a portion of the Remainder of the Farm Buffelsdrift No. 191, Mossel Bay Registration Division in terms of the National Environmental Management Act: Waste, Act 59 of 2008 ('NEM:WA'). The Surrender Application and the Draft Environmental Impact Report including supporting information will be available for review and comment from Monday, 24 July 2023 to Friday, 25 August 2023. I&APs are requested to submit comments in writing via email, fax, SMS, or WhatsApp on or before 25 August 2023 to the Legacy EMC Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) as indicated.

Note: in registering/commenting as an I&AP, you consent to the processing of your personal information as contemplated in the Protection of Personal Information Act (4 of 2013) (POPIA) by the EAP.
