MMP for the rehabilitation of the watercourse adjacent to the Efflux Cave

Notice is hereby given to Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs) that the MMP and the Rehabilitation Plan will be available for review and comment from 29 September until 29 October 2021. I&APs are requested to submit comments in writing via email, fax, SMS or WhatsApp on or before 29 October 2021 to the Legacy EMC Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) as indicated.

Note: in registering/commenting as an I&AP, you consent to the processing of your personal information as contemplated in the Protection of Personal Information Act (4 of 2013) (POPIA) by the EAP.
